Approach
Excite fans with an exclusive experience, sharing details through teaser content featuring influencers and celebrities. By the time reservations opened, 80,000 people had signed up to receive notifications. 400 fans from 21 states scored reservations to the experience, and reservations sold out in under 2 minutes.
We immersed guests in an adventure with food taking center stage. Upon check-in guests received exclusive Baja Blast cocktails, and at the pool, the iconic Taco Bell "bong" signaled the unveiling of brand-new menu items exclusive to The Bell. Guests indulged in off-menu delights, including Palm Springs-inspired treats, available at the Pool Bar. A concealed "Freeze Room" offered frozen Birthday Baja Blast and Cherry Mango Baja Blast beverages, exclusive to the hotel.
The experience was further enhanced by fan-inspired, bespoke activities including salon services, “Dive-In” movies, and musical performances from our Feed the Beat stage. Welcome to The Bell: A Taco Bell Hotel and Resort, where taco dreams were turned into reality.
