This platform gives partners access to personalized affiliate links, enabling them to monetize their content while amplifying brand reach.

Approach

In partnership with external SaaS providers and internal cross-functional teams, we spearheaded the development of a solution that unified influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing under one umbrella. This enabled us to scale content creation, moving from an ad-hoc model where deals were negotiated individually to a system where thousands of affiliates can post simultaneously. By unifying these efforts, we gained enhanced reporting, better visibility into high-performing content, and operational efficiencies. This integrated approach allows us to reward partners for conversions within a specific timeframe, driving scalable and impactful content creation.
